Most people don’t know how tact switches are packaged. In fact, tact switch packaging is very simple. Taping is used. Taping is divided into SMT patch packaging, DIP tape packaging and bulk bag packaging. There are three packaging methods.
- SMT Taping Packing
The form of SMT patch packaging refers to the addition of a carrier tape to the four-pin patch type tact switch to package the tact switch. - DIP Taping Packing
The packaging method of DIP tape is usually wrapped with paper, and it can also be produced by automatic machines.
- Bulk bag packaging
The packaging form of the manual bulk bag is, to put it bluntly, that the tact switch is manually welded with an electric soldering iron. The disadvantage is that it can only be welded by hand and the working efficiency is too low. The advantage is that the price and packaging costs are low.
