In fact, the packaging of tact switches is very simple. Taping packaging is used.
Taping packaging is divided into three packaging methods.
- SMT tape and reel packaging
The form of SMT patch packaging refers to the addition of a carrier tape to the four-pin patch type tact switch to package the tact switch.
- DIP tape and reel packaging
The packaging method of DIP tape is usually packaged with paper, and it can also be produced by automatic machines.
- Bulk – Manually Packed
The bulk packaging form is to manually use an electric soldering iron to weld the tact switch, which is generally packaged in a packaging bag.
The disadvantage is that it can only be welded by hand, and the work efficiency is too low. The advantage is that the packaging cost is cheap
